This form serves as a general means to connect you with your ministry of interest. Once connected with a specific ministry, you might be asked to provide additional "ministry-specific" information.

Volunteer Process (What to Expect)
1. Fill out & Submit this basic form
2. You will receive an email from Checkr to complete a background check. You will have five days to fill this out.
3. Once we receive background check results, a ministry lead will reach for next steps.

Please note that Background Checks are used to access an individual's criminal history and civil court records. Each report undergoes a thorough review on a case-by-case basis. If our team has any questions or concerns, we will reach out to you for an interview.
